6th ANNUAL Smiths Falls PICKLE FEST
We are a LOCAL 1 DAY FESTIVAL held on the 2ND SATURDAY of SEPTEMBER/YEARLY for 6 years now.
OVER 30 VOLUNTEERS/SPONSORS from a variety of Groups
- Kinsmen Club - PORK PULL
- Hospital FOUNDATION
- Big Brothers/Big Sisters
- Medieval Club
- Lions Club
- The Town of Smiths Falls (Tables/Chairs/Centennial Park)
- Town of Smiths Falls Economic Development Dept.
We are dedicated to PROMOTING LOCAL FARMERS, HEALTHY EATING ALTERNATIVES, PRODUCERS and ARTISANS to the Community and surrounding Region.
The PICKLE Festival provides Education opportunities for all ages by allowing them to learn about past and present techniques used to preserve summer bounty.
Annually we have been able to raise $1000.00 to DONATE to the Community through Vendor tables and Pancake Breakfast.
The Smiths Falls Pickle Festival is for people of ALL AGES from the very "YOUNG" to the very "SEASONED" from ALL over Eastern ONTARIO as well as Western QUEBEC.
We are featured in local papers, Festival and Event Ontario, Radio Spots and Specialty Articles.
